Chiesa says Machado Garry's stock still rose in UFC 330 title loss

The welterweight lost a unanimous decision to Islam Makhachev this month, and the UFC analyst says it costs him nothing.

Ian Machado Garry's stock did not fall with his title-fight loss to Islam Makhachev, UFC analyst Michael Chiesa said.

"Ian Garry's stock to me still goes up. I don't think his stock goes down at all," Chiesa told MMA Junkie. "There are people that definitely had him picked to win, and he didn't fight a bad fight. But he could have fought better. But his stock still goes up."
